We have some real problems here in America as mostly airheads inhabit this nation now and it's getting much worse.  Law Enforcement personnel many times have to babysit Americans at every turn and many matters both civil and criminal have to be amplified to chaotic proportions because of a legal system gone mad and a loss of order in our legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government along with the proper checks and balances set for in The U.S. Constitution.  

To make a long story short we have enemies without and within and most attempts to live a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty are met with continual friction and opposition by those who love to wallow in this government by popular opinion, talk show hosts, and mainstream media bias.

In this report it is reported by this CNN Legal Contributor, Paul Callan that half the population of Manhattan are on psychotropic drugs.  I found that to be quite a statistic which should tell you about New York City.  Wonder if Bloomberg is on drugs? 

Anyway this report is strange and the CNN Legal Contributor, Paul Callan answers the anchorwoman with a very strange response regarding this law when he is asked is this significant if this becomes law.  He answers thus: "Well it's significant in that it will destroy any movement toward gun control or gun regulation in this country.  This is the worst nightmare of everybody who favors the Second Amendment and I'll tell you why:  What this law would do is it would put in law enfocement hands the idea of deciding whether you are mentally ill or not and then making a decision of whether your weapons should be seized..."

Why silver bubble is failing -- All bubbles fail

Why?
1. Bubbles are created by hoarders.
2. Hoarders create a FALSE illusion of excess demand, by buying something and storing it.
3. But ANYTHING stored is actually EXCESS SUPPLY (not true demand).
4. Producers react to the hoarding by INCREASING production capabilities and output
5. The hoarders help temporarily drive the price higher and those higher prices KILL true demand because the real users of the commodity are forced to make cuts, due to high prices.
6. So with FALLING real DEMAND, and with RISING SUPPLIES, the massive oversupply continues to build up, while prices are pushed to a peak.. But with excess supplies, prices top out and start to crash.
7. Falling prices scare speculators away and the massive oversupply helps to keep pushing prices lower. The lower prices go, the more it frightens speculators and many start to dump their hoards FURTHER ADDING TO THE MASSIVE OVERSUPPLY and further crashing the prices.
8. As prices continue dropping, the commodity gets a very bad reputation as a wealth destroyer and that bad reputation completely kills the hoarding cycle and prices drop VERY steeply.
The real estate bubble was created by folks buying and storing unused real estate (many folks held 2, 3, 4, and more houses sitting empty). When the bubble popped, prices fell to 2001 levels.
When the rhodium (precious metal) bubble popped, prices returned to 2001 levels. Rhodium had big bubble even though FAR fewer folks bought rhodium than are buying silver in the silver bubble.

My personal experience with GOLD and SILVER

I bought some but had to turn it all in to pay extreme bills as I was pounded by the Federal Government and forced into retirement.  Had to turn it back into worthless fiat money to pay attorney fees, etc.  (They don't take silver)
So how about that?  And my journey here on the internet as I do watch the economy and comment about much of this has been met with white hot hatred from many and various "preppers", "patriots", and "libertarians" along the way.  I've had death threats for when silver was around $40 saying it was going back down to $30 and then hated viciously for saying it was going to $26 and even expecting $17.  Based on the behavior of some of these people toward me I would expect in real life I would have been killed by them.  They really do take their metal seriously.  

So I will have no part in the matter other than the usual economic commentary on the commodities.  I don't want anything to do with this physical nonsense!  Keep stackin' yourselves!
