SOLUTION: Sue the Board of Education for discrimination, harassment, and violating your U.S. Constitutional rights for several million dollars. Serve them with a affidavit of claim of injury and file a lawsuit with the court and if they don't like you said the word "hell" then make them come forward with a signed affidavit saying what crime you committed with a bill of particulars that demonstrates damages. By the way send them your bill of particulars stating what damages they have caused to you by threatening you and committing criminal acts and discrimination against your right to free speech.
