Navy Seaman or Semen on tour in Philippines?
Captain Travis Zettel, of the USS Bremerton, was in a Philippine Hotel with ten prostitutes and received disciplinary action from the U.S. Navy:
Zettel was relieved of his command in August last year after the Navy cited a loss of confidence in his command but did not go into detail for the reasons why.
He has now been reassigned to Submarine Squadron 19 at the naval base Kitsap-Bangor in Washington state but it has not been revealed what position he holds.
