Bakken Oil Region of North Dakota goes from BOOM to BUST

Overbuilt North Dakota now heads for financial ruin:

Who's going to bail out the Bakken Oil Region?

Now the Bakken Oil Region has declined due to the worldwide CRUDE OIL debacle and oversupply. Will it ever return again? The region which was once loaded with workers now leaves behind empty trailers, hotels, apartments, condominiums, and other empty houses without inhabitants. The place literally has gone from boom to bust and now is the habitation for financial insolvency and ruin:
