Bergdahl the deserter gets to rejoin the military after recovery counseling

Looks like Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl gets some mental health therapy and gets to go back to duty status. There are those Americans who are considered potential threats (or potential terrorists) who are recipients of PREVENTATIVE DISCIPLINARY ACTION while the deserter gets to return to duty.
