BREAK THE RULES! Let freedom ring!
The Pickens County Schoool District rules were that no prayers are allowed at graduation ceremonies. That didn't stop graduating and Valedictorian Roy Costner as he mentioned The Lord in his speech and recited the words of Jesus when his disciples asked him to teach them how to pray:

Well he didn't really pray as the report says above. He just read from some scripture. Big deal! I'm not impressed!
