Where can you smoke a joint in D.C.?
The police leave Adam Kokesh smoke his first joint as he's standing up against the White House fence however after another joint hit later he gets arrested. It must be legal to smoke pot at the White House fence. Well then all pot smokers should maybe hang out at the White House fence.
I saw this video on other sources but wanted to wait until the Adam Kokesh video came out to see more of the story. This is quite interesting how the police swarm over smoking cannabis while it is progressively being legalized across the nation:

I agree with Syyenergy7 here: The cops were cool until Adam Kokesh pressed the issue. He went around shaking their hands and then he decided to smoke some more dope after he thanked them for the opportunity to demonstrate peacefully and then they arrested him.
