There's something stirring on Wall Street. There have been rumors floating around for some time of a 20% correction and meanwhile the market continues up even breaking record highs. Some say there is some sort of computer reset coming but are actually very bullish as a result and actually expect a major rally. Who do you believe? Greg Mannarino?
