Recently David Morgan has been appearing on interviews. One thing I've noticed is he is starting to talk about figuring out when to GET OUT of silver. I remember many of these pumpers would never talk about GETTING OUT because they know the US DOLLAR is going to collapse. So why would you ever get out?
