Listen to what Washington State Senator Pam Roach has to say in this report: I fail to see how Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden says this is a complicated problem. I would agree that someone who cannot read, speak, and understand English would have problems comprehending The U.S. Constitution and it appears many of our representatives regardless of their educational backgrounds at Yale and Harvard must have this problem.
Perhaps mental health evaluations and diagnosis of all the senators is needed as they might be found out to have some mental deficiencies such as preventative fetish disorders, reading comprehension and understanding disorders, and various other disorders not otherwise specified?
