God's ministers and authority

This is a tricky sermon and I will study it a few times. It seems that none of us really are complete in Christ Jesus but yet we need to keep this and that, and do this or that to be accepted. If that be the case then you can indeed lose your salvation and everyone of us who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ can still loose our completeness at any moment and end up in hell. Still others say there is no hell but it's an old garbage dump outside Jerusalem and others teach the lake of fire is the Dead Sea.
ROMANS CHAPTER 13 is another issue in an of itself in regards to what is being taught as "God's ministers." In fact using ROMANS CHAPTER 13 allegedly proves that President Obama is God's minister. And I have heard some man preacher say how we are supposed to be obedient to these also that have the rule over us and how they watch our souls. Can you Imagine Obama is watching over us and he is "God's minister?" Is there something wrong with the Holy Bible? Did someone come along and make it confusing with loads of contradictions? Am I ministering questions by asking these honest questions? Or should I just sit back, be obedient like a good little sheeple doggy, give money, and be a good Christian that pleases men?
Is anyone confused yet? Well my intention is not to confuse you but it is to warn you:
We have loads of evil men and seducers and even Satan comes as an angel of light today in the pulpit holding a King James Bible. Take heed!
