Is Hillary Clinton and the Obama Administration lying to the American people about Benghazi?

Are We the People being lied to by our government leaders?

Even Rudy Giuliani admits they are lying:

Continuous lies and deceit in a government loaded with all manner of waste, fraud, and abuse. Are we being lied to about other things as well?
