The reporter in the video below states that this black man was simply using an ATM MACHINE and someone called the police because he looked suspicious. Is there more to the story? Maybe there is; but as you can see here it appears like more of the same assault style law enforcement that likes to tackle people and subdue them while threatening other bystanders in the process:
