And a NEW FLAG is displayed for battle

Are these designated PROTEST COMMUNITIES?

Watch the video below and see how the POLICE on horseback behave themselves so as not to offend the Black Panthers. The POLICE (or 'pigs' as referred to here in the video) will now receive some African/American awareness training across America. Perhaps this is a PROTEST COMMUNITY like Ferguson, Missouri. Does anyone think all hell might break loose across America soon?
