What are we living for?

Let's live for God and then meditate on him instead of thinking on this present evil world.  Very often that is difficult given the events that are going on here but if I could even find 2 people that love God and fellowship in the gospel of Christ together that would be great:

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

In this present evil day in America is is becoming increasingly difficult to even live a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.  I know that's sad and it is indeed a sad state today across America!
