Them that believe not
This is nothing new as THEM THAT BELIEVE NOT are always asking alleged questions against THEM THAT BELIEVE and at times they want to engage in discussion considering themselves to have reason and logic:
Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

Them that believe
If it seems foolish to you that there is a God in heaven who sent his Son Jesus Christ to be a propitiation for our sins you do not have to believe it. But to those of us who believe this foolishness and reject the wisdom of the world we would rather please God now.
For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
