He's not charged but he's IN CUSTODY
Someone tipped off that this guy was making bombs in his apartment and the BOMB SQUAD was called out to neutralize two bombs. There's actually a bunch of people that make what you might call bombs which are like homemade fireworks and explosive devices. They take them out on the farm and blow them up every once in a while for fun.
So I guess we will find out what the media wants us to hear. Perhaps he's a terrorist? If he's not a criminal and had no criminal intent he will still be in trouble for SUSPICION because HE MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG.
I'd like to know who it was that called him in? Why don't you at WTMJ find out who reported this and why? If this is a criminal with intent that's one thing but in Wisconsin here we have loads of busybodies who like to turn other people in for things they don't like or find offensive:
