EBT CARD SHOPPERS went on SHOPPING SPREES
STORE SHELVES CLEARED OUT
America's Entitlement FRAUD and ABUSE
Called "a natural human reaction"

Make no mistake about it there were events across America when the EBT CARD SHUTDOWN occurred which caused concern in many shopping centers as shoppers went on SPENDING SPREES to take advantage of the outage while somehow there was allowed a NO LIMIT EBT. Notice this was called A NATURAL HUMAN REACTION by authorities but there still are investigations:
