Red Wing, Minnesota--Instead of dishing out 12 SUSPENSIONS whoever allowed them to decorate the school should simply get them together and have them clean up the paint with the teachers. Quit making such a big deal about everything you Soviets! Have some fun together with the clean up and they might not paint the doors next time around:
