Obama discusses accountability awareness

Obama has a few things to say about this crime and how it's dangerous to our national security. Now we have a nation of criminal LAW ENFORCEMENT and we have a CRIMINAL MILITARY environment. Obama says they need to create an environment where victims can come forward. So now our military is falling apart:
