Army doesn't want this information made public but it is reported that these vehicles are in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a group of Military Police from Ft. Meade who are doing military drivers education on city streets and highways.
Citizens are being told to stay out of their way as these vehicles could be very dangerous to you while sharing the road you pay to travel on through fuel taxes, licenses, registration, and insurance.
