Obama promotes expansion of the MENTAL HEALTH INDUSTRY to create thousands of jobs in the wake of the Sandy Hook shooting to spot MAD MEN through MENTAL HEALTH SCREENING and to give enforcement authority to MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, etc.
It is now being suggested that future research will be able to spot MENTAL PROBLEMS and MAD MEN before they do something and will allow for MENTAL HEALTH ENFORCEMENT ahead of time. It's the new society of prevention and security for the sake of our children as we have to find ways to protect the society:
