When there's no shortage of paper and the world leaders control the paper money which do you think will rule the world? 

World leaders are fat as the global economy is going under and a NEW GOVERNMENT and NEW FINANCIAL SYSTEM will be constructed under THE NEW WORLD ORDER.  In the meantime the U.S.A. will be driven to pieces by another 4 years of piss poor leadership.  The rich may act like they are unhappy but have so much money they have actually are comforted in themselves for now with more than heart could wish:
