North Dakota Sioux Indians stand up against OIL PIPELINE

A Federal judge ruled against the Indians so basically it was the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S way of saying: "YOU LOSE CHI CHI!" By the way who cares about protecting clean water and sacred tribal lands right?
