The North Carolina police shooting protests have now prompted another STATE OF EMERGENCY declaration for North Carolina. Remember North Carolina also declared a STATE OF EMERGENCY recently due to a gasoline shortages and the trouble with the Colonial Pipeline:
Various police shootings across the country are rising again as what is described as a continual pattern of police brutality against unarmed black men where police are choosing to use their lethal handguns to kill them rather than neutralizing them with their TASER.
