The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT curiously is able to fulfill all these roles in this situation. So basically the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is anything and everything it wants to be:

The Plaintiff (against the Hammonds)
The Prosecutors
Those who want to own this property
The government agencies and officials

Some people think this is all cute how Megyn Kelly treats Ammon Bundy here on her show. Megyn Kelly is a troublemaker and she was called out quite well by Michael Savage a few times:
