UNLAWFUL and UNJUST LAW ENFORCEMENT
Across America we have many LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES including police departments, sheriff's departments, various state patrol divisions, and county police departments that have MINIMUM QUOTA REQUIREMENTS for TRAFFIC TICKETS; and this includes but is not limited to other ARRESTS and SUMMONSES. So basically what this means is we are a nation where our police are manufacturing criminals out of we the people to make money for the departments which are supposed to be funded by taxpayer money. Since our financial and banking system has destroyed proper funding of these public services through complicated and mishandling of budgets this had led to unlawful and unjust activity of our government and this alleged need to raise money by oppressing we the people through other means such as excessive fines and forfeitures and also fundraising through telephone calls begging for donations.
