Water is no longer free and it will likely even be traded on the COMEX as a commodity. Just look at the cost of water at the store! And you can expect that to be on the increase.
Also what is coming is more GOVERNMENT CONTROL ON WATER USE with WATER RATIONING and WATER RESTRICTIONS. There are already laws banning the UNLAWFUL COLLECTION OF RAINWATER and various other statutes and ordinances.
Water is going to be a real problem soon. And then we really have some problems. You haven't seen problems until the powers that be begin to control water to such an extent that it will create extreme social unrest:
