You cannot transact anything on EBAY at this time and there are major problems along with wait times on the 800 NUMBER exceeding 1 hour for callers to customer service. There is currently not way to get answers to what is going on here.
The mainstream media hasn't announced anything yet that I'm aware of; but The News UNIT is investigating....
