Just in time for Memorial Day U.S.A.

As the recreational outdoor activity begins for America with the approach of Memorial Day weekend so does the concern for higher oil prices begin to take shape as global conflicts in Russia, Venezuela combine rusulting in the Obama administration threatening to administer sanctions against these nations:
