Why is America having a CRUDE OIL shortage?

Are big oil companies exporting our supplies?

Next they will be exporting NATURAL GAS

While President Obama says we are now one of the world's major oil and gas producers the refineries are exporting petroleum products and causing supply disruptions for America at Cushing, Oklahoma.   Not only that but the large amounts and seemingly oversupply of NATURAL GAS is also being wasted through excess flaring:

Is anyone concerned what will happen to our reserves or if we even have a substantial amount? Are we heading toward gas shortages at the pumps?
