More Clinical Chaos and Confusion
Perhaps because it has to do with an ABORTION you can get off with a lesser charge instead of MURDER. If the courts would have charged him with MURDER it would have created too much chaos for women's rights. Perhaps now this will open up MEN'S RIGHTS and if they decide they don't want the child either they might have a say in the matter.
