The Behavioral Health Empowerment Challenge

The ONC issued a call for technology developers is going out to showcase their most innovative applications that use evidence based strategies to empower consumers to self-manage their behavioral health disorders.

Here come the Mental Health APPS

On September 16, 2013, the top three challenge finalists of the "Behavioral Health Empowerment Challenge" were announced at the at the Technology Innovations for Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment Conference, co-hosted by the Office of National Drug Control Policy with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration and in partnership with Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and Office of Behavioral and Social Sciences Research at the National Institutes of Health. Hazelden won this challenge and had an opportunity to demonstrate their winning technology "Mobile MORE® Field Guide to Life", an app that offers support to adults in early recovery from addiction and co-occurring disorders.

This is all going to be made MANDATORY (probably under OBAMACARE) as the Government is busy handing out loads of Government grants and cash to support this MAMMOTH MENTAL HEALTH INDUSTRY EXPANSION.  This is also going to create jobs for sure and it is certain to CREATE ALL MANNER OF CHAOS including the manufacturing of new MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS treatable by SELF-TREATMENT via these APPS:
