PURPOSE:

This legislation will protect New Yorkers by reducing the availability
of assault weapons and deterring the criminal use of firearms while
promoting a fair, consistent and efficient method of ensuring that
sportsmen and other legal gun owners have full enjoyment of the guns
to which they are entitled.

Section 9.46 of the NY SAFE Act of 2013 authorizes therapists, doctors, nurses and social workers to report patients they determine may engage in conduct that may result in harm to self or others. If a determination is made that the person in question poses a threat, the provision permits the government to confiscate firearms. The provision is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment and the legal standard of probable cause.

Americans are being brainwashed to destroy the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights while they are being schooled to be part of the larger scheme of LAW ENFORCEMENT.  This makes people feel important and they love to have it so.  

Eventually we are going to see how this chaos goes as already Christians are deemed terrorists now.  Dr. Peter Ruckman warned about this and you can be certain that it soon coming that the mental health industry will be able to arrest those of us with a King James Bible who they deem a threat.

Congress will sit idly by and let it all happen.  There isn't a thing anyone can do but bitch, blog, and bull horn at a few rallies.  That will accomplish absolutely nothing.  The 600 hits per day on The News UNIT and even Alex  Jones' one million or so viewers will not even tip the scales toward the U.S. Constitution ever again.  It's over folks!
