No one else has to get shot now as the LAPD reopens the case of Christoper Dorner and he can come out now and give himself up:

Alleged Navy Seal expert gives his observations on what he thinks Christopher Dorner is doing. Christopher Dorner is not the only person who knows where he is. You can count on it. I'd like to hear what Jesse Ventura says about this. This isn't a normal S.E.R.E. situation. This is Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Engage---not ESCAPE.
This is also a good example of how citizens are not safe with Law Enforcement. Notice how innocent people are getting shot by cops who cannot identify their target. Piss poor!
