UYG ETF soars after hours as banks become attractive to fund managers

ALERT: FAS, UYG, BAC, JPM, GS, WFC, USB, C, BK,....

Fund managers looking to recover market losses after a rough week with the Facebook (FB) IPO are running into the bank and financial sector after hours today. What does this mean? I'm not certain but I'm monitoring.
