Riotous eaters of flesh

The verse below doesn't have to do with the Miami cannibal. I just put it here for observation. This recent news about the Miami cannibal is very strange indeed. Evil is going to be surfacing more and more and will be exalted in this present evil world as those who are of their father the Devil desire to vex the souls of the righteous who are in Christ Jesus. Well God shall vex them soon in his sore displeasure:

Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
