CNN Black reporter would rather hear "Nigger" in reporting

Shoud we use the "N-word" vs. just plain "Nigger"?

CNN reporter Don Lemon discusses using the term "N-word" or just plain Nigger. I don't like the rap songs with "nigga" in them and even "nigger" either. Now this guy makes sense:
