The Department of Energy under the Obama Administration's GREEN ENERGY PLANS is contributing to more waste, fraud, and abuse while they keep telling us they are creating jobs and that we are to "renew...renew...renew..." or "conserve...conserve...conserve...". Notice how companies keep going bankrupt from Solyndra, Ener1, Beacon Power, etc:

I notice the landscape across the U.S.A. is growing with large windmill farms also. The local rumor here in Wisconsin is that these windmills do not supply much in the way of power and the land is filling with them. Some say they are also a health hazard.
Solar is another disaster and the taxpayer continues to get burned while CEO's are rewarded in bankruptcy:
