Official QE3 Announcement Coming

Wall Street is occupied with what Ben Bernanke says later on after the policy announcement.  It's going to be a wild ride today so don't be surprised if the DJIA goes above 12,000 or below 11,000.  I doubt it will stay in the middle...

The two-day meeting of the Federal Open Market Committee is set to conclude with a policy announcement at 12:30 p.m. Eastern time.
