Just who are these thieves?
The real thieves are those in the U.S. Government and also who are in collusion with the entire world banking system who are running the commodities. Notice these thieves are all of the sudden appearing abroad stealing COPPER, ALUMINUM, etc. Notice also that they are a "threat". This is a new "threat" now and more surveillance and control is coming.
