This Max Keiser really gets into the thick of the situations: If this guy is for real he's really not playing around. But after observing this video it appears Max Keiser is terrified. He does not handle speeches with an interpreter very well. I have given speeches in Washington D.C. before Russian Government officials and I know what I'm talking about. Something is amiss here....Is Max a faker or is he in over his head? Time will tell....
