The PRECIOUS METALS are heavily manipulated to keep the small investor out. The Wall Street and Big Bankster Cartel wants you in paper dollars and in their banks at .1 % interest rates. They also want us all in debt and on government aid.
If silver is still worth investing then I would simply wait until more weak hands shake out and buy it up in the TEENS. You can see these guys are terrified (as are many small investors) but that is the work of the big banking and Wall Street cartel.
