What could have made this woman seemingly snap?

Now we know there was an envelope with a white powdered sugary substance and a concerned boyfriend who called police and she was treated for bipolar disorder.  This woman was a potential terrorist and the threat has been neutralized by heroic efforts:

In America does she no longer have the right to be secure in her person, papers, and effects according to the Bill Of Rights?  I see now though that the killing will be deemed JUSTIFIABLE HOMICIDE because she was delusional and thought President Obama had her under surveillance.
To top it off this was a NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT.

Notice the family is going to speak to CNN and there will be some MENTAL HEALTH discussion regarding her drug descriptions, etc.  Wait until Piers Morgan gets a hold of this story.
