Do we have a FEDERAL DRUG CARTEL IN THE USA?

Sounds like FEDERAL PROSECUTORS are concerned with what they call COUNTERFEIT PHARMACEUTICALS laced with FENTANYL. Are the hip-hop stars part of the 'elite' class of entertainers today?
