What's the crime?
Rosie O'Kelly and DEE DUB Travels are simply two Americans traveling across the USA and are SEARCHED AND SEIZED by a STATE TROOPER. What was the crime? Who was the injured party? On what grounds to we the people get detained and searched? I don't know the details but I'm beginning to see what's happening across America with the new MILITARY STYLE POLICE we have now.
Is there an OATH OF OFFICE anymore to uphold the U.S. CONSTITUTION? I guess not:
So STATE POLICE can make a mess out of private property at their discretion?
What happened to our BILL OF RIGHTS in the U.S. CONSTITUTION? IT IS NOT LONGER APPLICABLE. POLICE NOW HAVE JURISDICTION TO DO WHATSOEVER THEY DEEM NECESSARY FOR OUR SAFETY:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Article [V] (Amendment 5 - Rights of Persons)
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
In a country where everyone wants to BE SAFE. I'm not sure you're safe anymore. Are you? Do We the People really want to be deprived of being secure? I guess we're not so secure after all:
