Since the U.S. CONSTITUTION and DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE are so hard to read, can we have a NEW VERSION of these documents in English?
No wonder the SECOND AMENDMENT is so difficult to translate. What did it really mean in THE ORIGINAL? We need the SCHOLARS to tell us so:
