UBER SELF-DRIVING CAR KILLS PEDESTRIAN: Who's fault is it?

*****SELF-DRIVING COMPUTER  CARS*****

Who's fault is it?

Is it the car's fault?  The driver who really wasn't driving? Or was it the pedestrian's fault?

THE LAYWERS AND THE COURT WILL FIGURE OUT WHO'S AT FAULT:

Tempe police Chief Sylvia Moir told the San Francisco Chronicle that it initially appeared Uber wouldn’t be found at fault. But Moir said that if the company was found responsible, she wouldn’t rule out filing charges against the safety driver.

"The safety driver is clearly relying on the fact that the car is driving itself," said Bryant Walker Smith, a University of South Carolina law professor who also studies autonomous vehicles. "It's the old adage that if everyone is responsible, no one is responsible."

One thing is for sure:  We the People are all at fault and so are our guns across America.  Therefore we need more restrictions and infringements on the right to keep and bear arms.

As for SELF-DRIVING VEHICLES we are being more conditioned to believe that computers can even see better than us so they will be allowed to fail because they ultimately are safer and we are not.

Maybe we will soon see computer controlled guns that shoot themselves?
