U.S. NAVY WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION AT SEA CANNOT AVOID COLLISIONS

Looks like we have to add U.S. NAVY SHIPS to the list of POTENTIAL DEADLY WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION.  We already have the following items:

• GUNS especially the AR-15
• CARS and TRUCKS
• and now U.S. NAVY SHIPS

There seems to be improvements needed with advanced intelligence anti-collision systems to prevent these weapons of mass destruction from running into other vessels at sea.  You are no longer safe on your ship in the military service.  Anything can happen at any time:
