VEHICLES are now WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION

We need ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE INTERVENTION

Vehicles are now slowly being described as WEAPONS and probably even WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION.  Just recently after the Charlottesville, Virginia incident in the USA a Fox News anchorwoman had this to say:

So we will all be hearing about how unsafe we are and at any moment someone could run us over with a car or truck.  Therefore we will need artificial intelligence to drive our vehicles for us so we are all safer and insurance companies will reward us with discounted rates if we submit to computer aided vehicle control instead of manual operation by a human.

I think Clif High's website name "Half Past Human" is a phrase that tell us where things are headed. We are headed toward being half past human by computer enhancement of humans probably also known as transhumanism.
